Objectives:  Use stoichiometry to predict how much product will be produced in the dehydration of a crystal.
Announcements: Homework due tomorrow

Warm-up: Get a crucible and cover, make sure they are clean.  Find and record the mass.  Goggles on.
Hydrates Lab (Part 1)
Mass out between 4.5-5.5 grams of hydrated copper (II) sulfate crystals.  Measure and record the exact mass.  Set up to dehydrate & begin.  Predict the mass I show me your work.  Cool and mass your product.
Homework: Balance & Decode
